C.H.I.E.F.S. Example:
Mammoth created C.H.I.E.F.S. (Canadian Health Innovation Evaluation For Success) to identify what is necessary to elevate Canadian health innovations to a parallel level as US and other global innovations at the same stage of development.

It is composed of an inexpensive evaluation component called the C.H.I.E.F.S. Tool™, which provides specific guidance to address identified shortcomings.

The C.H.I.E.F.S. Tool™ is based on fifty (50) proprietary Criteria that are aggregated into ten (10) Factors. Once the basic information is gathered an initial evaluation is issued usually in 48-hours or less (see Exhibit 1).

Mammoth eliminated the 6-month second no-charge evaluation as of October 1, 2025. However, all C.H.I.E.F.S. Tool™ subscribers prior to that date will still receive their second evaluation.

In addition, there is the option to request a pre-qualification Zoom composed of three (3) questions to determine if your company is far enough along to warrant accessing the full evaluation.

Getting Started:
Ordering your initial C.H.I.E.F.S. Tool™ evaluation is as simple as sending an email. Upon payment all we need is; 1) a PDF of a non-confidential deck, 2) a PDF of your current collateral material, 3) IP details including patents (filed, issued, PCT), and Freedom to Operate (FTO), plus 4) your Management team and Advisors’ CV’s. After review Mammoth will set up a 1-hour Zoom that includes your 15-minute pitch (max), Q&A, and discussion to clarify any of the supplied materials. Mammoth will then deliver results within two (2) business days after the Zoom.
